Water damage is a terrible thing to go through; however, it helps to know that Plumbers FL Services will be there quickly and efficiently when needed. Christian and Carlos make a great team. They are friendly, polite, and hard working. They are a credit to the Plumbers FL, and I’m glad they were here to help me. Thank you Christian and Carlos and the Plumbers FL crew. I always call Plumbers FL, and recommend their services to neighbors and friends. Thank you.
We have used Plumbers Florida many times in the past. The technicians are always pleasant, professional and do outstanding work. Our last experience was with William who went above and beyond our expectations. His communication skills and advise were spot on. As well as just a really, really nice man!!!
A room full of mops, dehumidifiers, fans. It is the aftermath of a burst pipe.
“It looked like a river. It was bad.,” said Pastor Ruth Thomas at Real Life Christian Ministries.
Pastor Thomas, and her son, James, inspect the damage. They discovered the water Sunday, just before church.
“I came in to turn the heat on, as soon as I got to the door I saw the water seeping out. It felt like a cartoon. I opened the door and the water came pouring out of the church,” said James Thomas.
Employees with ServPro spent the day drying the place out.
“The main thing is getting the water extracted,” said Adam Slaven, the general manager at ServPro. “To eliminate as much damage as possible.”
They monitor the water walls with this water meter, drying the building from the floor up.
This is not the first job they have been to Monday.
“We’ve been seeing water pipes just about everywhere. Commercial, residential, apartments. Several landlords calling it in. It’s all over the country. We’ve had several jobs going on. At least 15-20,” said Slaven.
He reminds people, it may be getting cold again So, make sure your pipes are actively dripping.
If you do have a pipe that burst, make sure to shut off the water at the source, and call a plumber immediately.
As for the church, they are hoping the building will be ready for church in two Sundays.
“We trust in god and know he will work this out,” said Thomas.
They will be holding church services temporarily at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church on 2330 Hickory Valley Rd.
