what crap. you lose water press to heat the tankless tubes. as long as you
have gas and water u wont run out of hot water. takes a longer time to get
water to the other end of the house. more faucets open means less water
pressure. i didnt see any saving and these simple units are costly. im
staying with my pilotless water heater.

A properly sized and installed tankless water heater won’t slow the water
down. They are also quite small in comparison to a tank and in many cases
can be installed in a central location closer to all the fixtures.
Additionally, there are WaiWela/Paloma models with efficiencies up 94%
that, with federal and state rebate programs, can pay for themselves within
10 years and commonly operate for 15-25 years.

Pressure loss is not true.. These home units can supplu simultaneous 3
showers and a faucet and since they modulate to meet temp need you never
notice.. you can accurately change temps too … they are high tech now..
all water heaters have to purge the standing line volume and the temp raise
is 5 seconds.. Once you use one you wonder why the US is Sooo far behind
water heating wise still using tank tech from the 50’s…
