Water damage is a terrible thing to go through; however, it helps to know that Plumbers FL Services will be there quickly and efficiently when needed. Christian and Carlos make a great team. They are friendly, polite, and hard working. They are a credit to the Plumbers FL, and I’m glad they were here to help me. Thank you Christian and Carlos and the Plumbers FL crew. I always call Plumbers FL, and recommend their services to neighbors and friends. Thank you.
We have used Plumbers Florida many times in the past. The technicians are always pleasant, professional and do outstanding work. Our last experience was with William who went above and beyond our expectations. His communication skills and advise were spot on. As well as just a really, really nice man!!!
It has been very cold this week with lows in the 20s at night and highs in the 30s during the day. I have been fighting a loosing battle against the cold with my RV water supply.
I found my outside reserve water tanks frozen solid like a rock and had to dump my water. This was sad and a hard decision to make but I do not want to loose my water tanks due to bursting. I opened the valves and am letting the water drain out as the sun melts it.
Better to let the water out than lose my tanks. The best thing would have been to bury the water tanks underground for winter but I am renting land and cannot just dig all over the place.
I have not had any water in the RV for a couple weeks because I wanted to be sure it was safe from freezing. I still have some insulating to do in the RV before I feel comfortable having water. Now I will have to haul water from the creek if I want any.
It was so windy out that I lost my water collection system as well. It was blasting through the RV all night and it was nearly impossible to keep it warm inside. In the morning it took me over 4 hours to get a good fire going and I was shivering all day. My health took a turn for the worse again.
The good news is that my RV solar battery bank got topped off finally. The sun was shining and the wind blowing and my solar charge controller put the batteries into equalize mode which is an over voltage situation to desulfate the batteries. This triggered the over voltage protection in my inverter which shut itself off.
I have never seen this before and was surprised when all the AC power went out. It is good to see the batteries being filled up again though.
My chickens have been free ranging every day now because the hawks are gone. I let them out in the morning and put them back in at night. Well, they go in and I close the door.
Something broke my electric fence the other night. I have no idea what but the wire is wrecked.
My chickens have frozen water now as well. Everything is frozen solid outside now This is bad. I may have to heat up water on the stove each day so they have something to drink. I cannot use electricity because I have none to spare.
It is winter. It is cold. Going to be an exciting ride.
